Typographical Errors

In the event that a USPsychics.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, USPsychics.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. USPsychics.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, USPsychics.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by USPsychics.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over any venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of USPsychics.com products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Reykjavik Iceland. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of USPsychics.com products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. USPsychics.com failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. USPsychics.com may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, live chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a USPsychics.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. However, even if the third party is affiliated with USPsychics.com, USPsychics.com has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of USPsychics.com. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, USPsychics.com seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

Payments

Acceptable forms of payment are through: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Prepaid & Gift Cards, PayPal, Google Wallet, Venmo and cash or money order.

Discounts

It is customer responsibility to enter any and all discounts, membership discount codes, promotional codes, coupons or the like, in any form, whether it be for memberships, and/or any and all specials. Discounts can only be redeemed at time of checkout along with the original order and only one discount at a time can be used on an order. Reimbursements or adjustments of any kind cannot be issued after a purchase has been made. No exceptions. When products or services are already discounted additional membership discounts do not apply.

Products Use

The information provided for your reference originates from the historical and/or traditional uses of these services and products. Neither the information provided, nor the products sold, should be used as a substitute for competent medical care. None of our products should be considered effective against medically diagnosed diseases. DO NOT ingest any of our products; they are NOT to be taken internally. USPsychics.com and any company employees, USPsychics.com and any company employees are NOT responsible for any misuse of our products. Products sold from this site should not be orally ingested, sniffed, injected, smoked, or used for solutions. Upon consumption, damaging side effects or intoxications may occur. Be sure to keep all incense, oils, and other potentially dangerous items away from children and pets. Herbs, oils, resins and related organic and synthetic based products are intended for RELIGIOUS PURPOSES ONLY.

Returns, Refunds & Spell Re-Castings

Once you place an order it will be fulfilled or the service will be performed. If you purchased a downloadable product you will download it immediately after purchase. If you purchase a spell casting only with nothing shipped to you it will be cast per the power level you purchased immediately after your purchase. All services performed for you without product shipped to you may be required to have a credit card acceptance form signed for your security as well as ours. Order processing may be delayed or not completed without it.

We offer extraordinary products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with a product we ship to you, you may return it for an exchange or refund (with receipt) within 15 days of purchase as long as the item shows no visible use or mistreatment and is in resalable condition and clear photos of the item will be required before an RMA number is issued. To return the merchandise or exchange an item please contact Customer Care for an RMA number which must be acquired before items are returned.

Products may be returned for any reason within 15 days and with original order receipt and the assigned RMA number. Shipping charges are not refundable unless an item is received damaged and reported to USPsychic within 12-hours after receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any order cancellation must be made within a10-minute period after purchase due to the fact that your order may already be in process and generally orders are in process immediately after purchase. All returns or cancellations will be charged a restocking fee or service charge of 45%. We do not reimburse shipping and handling fees.

Spell casting is an art form and USPsychic.com sells high quality products and uses high quality materials that work best with this art form. Some of our products may be museum quality which are carefully constructed by high level spell casters, apprentices and or artisan-alchemists. There is a 15-day return policy on all unopened, non-used products. Returned items must be in perfect condition without any obvious tampering, use or destruction of any kind. Any broken seals or unwrapped items will be considered used and opened thus, not refunded. Once a returned item is en-route to us and you happen to change your mind you will need to re-purchase and start the process over.

When purchasing spell casting services, if after 180 days your spell does not produce the results you want, we will re-cast it at no charge. That does not mean that it will take 180-days to see results in your spell work. Some see results immediately; others may take longer depending on the circumstances and amount of spell power that is purchased. Free spells, free items, or free services are not covered under this guarantee. Allowing for 180 days simply allows the customer enough time to evaluate their results and if any setbacks occur enough time is allowed for a situation to positively turn around.

Layaway accounts are non-refundable after 15 days of opening the account. Any and all leftover funds can only be used for in store purchases. Refunds for leftover funds is not permitted. Layaway accounts never expire and are held open to use indefinitely. Opening a new account is at no cost to any customer. However, layaway account closure whether used or unused, within the 15 day period of opening, is permitted less the 45% service charge fee of the total funds available in the layaway account.

Psychic Consultations
Within 5 minutes of your psychic reading you are not satisfied with the psychic you are speaking with, simply tell your psychic to transfer you back to Customer Service so you can be matched with another psychic. Once the Psychic Reading passes the 5-minute mark it is obvious that the customer is enjoying the reading and will be charged for the service time thereafter.

Free psychic readings are not covered under this option. This guarantee covers psychic readings that are in excess of a 5 minutes session.

Once a scheduled psychic reading appointment is made, your chosen Psychic will be ready to take your appointment at that time. Each minute you are late will be deducted from your total minutes scheduled. If you are unable to make your Scheduled Appointment you will forfeit your Psychic Reading unless you contact us no later than 30-minutes before your scheduled appointment. Reimbursements for psychic readings cannot be obtained once a session has been completed.

Shipped Items

Missing or damaged items during shipment will be replaced by our company at no charge to the consumer only if the receiver contacts customer service within 12 hours from receiving the damaged package.

Products may be returned for any reason within 15 days along with the original order receipt and the assigned RMA number. An RMA number must first be obtained from customer service team within 2-days of receiving your package. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item is received damaged and reported to USPsychic within 12-hours after receipt. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer if the package is not damaged or has missing items. Any order cancellation must be made within a10-minute period after purchase due to the fact that your order may already be in process and generally orders are in process immediately after purchase. All returns or cancellations will be charged a restocking fee or service charge of 45%. We do not reimburse shipping and handling fees.

Once a returned item is enroute to us, and you change your mind, you will need to re-purchase and start the process over. All sales are final in compliance with the 15-day unopened and non-used product statement above unless otherwise stated.

Spell Casting Service

Spell casting services do not come with a free trial period.

Option 1 - FREE Recasting
When purchasing spell casting services, if after 180 days your spell does not produce the results you want, we will re-cast it at no charge. Option 2 - Spell Casting Reimbursement
If you choose a reimbursement instead of our free recasting service this can be provided after 30 days from date of purchase and the total amount you paid will be credited with our in store gift card. This is available one time and only for an original order. Additionally, using this option automatically opts you out of receiving free recasts performed for the original order or a new order you place with the gift card. This option does not cover reimbursements for custom spell work, wishing well wishes, psychic readings, ritual items or any item being physically shipped to you. Exceptions or exchanges will not be accommodated once the reimbursement has been issued.

Changes to Our Website

We maintain and reserve our right to make changes to our prices per specials, supply costs, labor increases and misprints. And we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any communication through e-mail or letters between USPsychics.com and its employees with prospective customers and clients is information for your decision in purchasing our products only.
